The International Vestibular Society was founded in 2018. While Vertigo Academy International Meetings were progressing with great success, there was a need to create an organization to encompass them. The primary task was to introduce educational perspectives to the field, aiming to elevate awareness and the level of knowledge among physicians.

To this end, learning objectives have been established and a certification program has been prepared.
