- Participation to all scientific sessions,
- Printed materials (bag, name badge, mini program)
- Certificate of attendance,
- Lunch and beverage on March 11-12-13, 2027.
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with cookies on March 11-12-13, 2027.
- Opening ceremony dinner with beverages on March 11, 2027.
- VAT taxes are included in the above rates.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
- The full payment is required to confirm your hotel reservation.
- All cancellations must be sent to vertigo@serenas.com.tr.
- Deadline for Cancellation of Meeting Registration: February 8, 2027.
- Until January 22, 2027: Full refund (handling fee may apply).
- Handling Fee: €50 per person (VAT included).
- After January 22, 2027, no refunds will be granted.
- Name changes are accepted up to 72 hours before the meeting.
- All refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the meeting.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

- 3 nights’ accommodation at the standard room,
- American breakfast buffet each morning at the Divani Caravel Hotel Restaurant.
- VAT, municipality tax, and the resilience tax of €4 per room per night, all included in the accommodation fee.

- No refunds will be made for no – shows.
Important Note: Roundtrip transfer Athens Elefterios Venizelos International Airport – Divani Caravel Hotel – Athens Elefterios Venizelos International Airport can be provided for participants who received the accommodation service from Serenas Group (Official Agent) together with above accommodation fees.
Method of Payment for Registration and Accommodation
Full payment in EUR (euro) is required at the time of registration, without any deduction for any currency conversion, VAT, bank charges or any other transaction charges. Your registration will only be completed when the specified fee is credited or received in full.
Payments are accepted in Euro (€). Visa and MasterCard are accepted. AMEX and Diners are not accepted.
Please note bank details mentioned below. Please ensure that the money remitted is in full and that all transfer and bank fees are covered additionally.
Information of Bank Transfer
Purpose of Payment: VAI2027 registration/accommodation fee + Name and Surname of the Participant/s
To ensure that the full payment amount is received by us, please select “OUR” as the charge option when initiating your bank transfer. Payments made under the OUR (All Charges to Sender) option ensure that: all bank and intermediary bank charges are covered by the sender; and no deductions are made from the amount received by our organization.
Please note that payments made under the SHA or BEN options may result in bank charges being deducted from the transferred amount. This may lead to an underpayment and could cause delays in completing your registration or accommodation process. Participants who pay their balance with a bank transfer are required to send the bank receipt copies to SERENAS Tourism via e-mail: vertigo@serenas.com.tr
